A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive our written confirmation. For group or peak‑season stays, we may ask for a deposit to secure the booking; if so, you will receive instructions by email.

Payments
Payment methods accepted on site: major bank cards and cash. All prices are in euros (EUR). Unless otherwise stated, accommodation charges are settled at check‑in; extras (e.g., beverages, late check‑out) are settled before departure.

We aim for a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00. Please be mindful in shared areas.
- Smoking: not permitted indoors. Use designated outdoor areas and ashtrays.
- Pets: please enquire before booking; acceptance may depend on size and availability of suitable rooms.
- Facilities: pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, and shared spaces are for registered guests only and must be used safely and respectfully. Children must be supervised.
